BMO Strategic Autocallable Income US Large Cap ETF is designed to provide the opportunity for regular income distributions by primarily investing in an actively managed portfolio of single-stock autocallable derivatives linked to the performance of large capitalization U.S. equity issuers. The ETF invests in multiple autocallable derivatives (“autocallable transactions”) that each provide exposure to shares of a single U.S. large capitalization issuer (“reference shares”) seeking to replicate the investment outcome of an actively managed portfolio of single-stock autocallable structured notes.
