The NVIDIA (NVDA) Yield Shares Purpose ETF seeks to provide the Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation through purchasing and holding common stock of NVIDIA Corporation (“NVDA”), including by using leverage (not to exceed the limits on use of leverage described under “Investment Strategies”) through cash borrowing to purchase common stock of NVDA and (ii) distributions by writing covered call options and/or cash covered put options on a portion of the Purpose Fund’s portfolio.
