The fund seeks to provide capital appreciation by investing tactically, primarily in equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies and select Canadian companies. HBTA is designed to best encapsulate the Humilis' long-term fundamental opinions, themes, and positioning with respect to equity markets, sectors, and industries, and is constructed in such a manner to provide investors with core long-term equity holdings of high quality brand-named companies in both the U.S. and Canada. The Portfolio Manager utilizes a strategy that combines top-down discipline with bottom-up fundamental research to identify stocks that may represent superior risk/rewards opportunities.
