The U.S. Equity Accelerated Plus ETF™ seeks to provide triple (3x) the upside return of SPY (SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust), to a cap, with approximately single exposure to the downside, over an annual outcome period. The ETF can be held indefinitely, resetting at the end of each outcome period.
