The SPDR® S&P® Software & Services ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P® Software & Services Select Industry® Index. S&P Software & Services Select Industry® Index represents the software sub-industry portion of the S&P Total Stock Market IndexTM. The S&P TMI tracks all the U.S. common stocks listed on the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ® National Market and NASDAQ Global Select Market. The Software Index is a modified equal weight index.
