The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ Technology Dividend IndexSM (the "Index").  be included in the index, the security must be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE Amex and classified as a technology or telecommunications company according to Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB).
