 The Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index Fund is an exchange-traded fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an index called the NASDAQ Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index. The index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index designed to provide exposure to multiple asset segments, each selected to result in a consistent and high yield for the index. The index is comprised of securities classified as equities (20%), real estate investment trusts (REITs) (20%), preferred securities (20%), master limited partnerships (MLPs) (20%) and a high yield corporate debt ETF (20%).
