The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P MidCap 400® CAD Hedged Index (the "Index"), net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, the fund will primarily invest in securities of one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock or an affiliate ("iShares ETFs") and/or equity securities of U.S. mid-capitalization issuers. The fund will seek to hedge any resulting U.S. dollar or other foreign currency exposure, as applicable, back to Canadian dollars
