TD Target 2027 Investment Grade Bond ETF seeks to provide regular income and preserve capital by investing primarily in a portfolio of investment-grade Canadian corporate bonds denominated in Canadian dollars each maturing in 2027, which corresponds to the expected year of termination of the TD ETF. It is anticipated that the TD ETF will cease trading and be delisted on or about November 30, 2027, with wind-up and termination occurring shortly thereafter.
