The STMicroelectronics NV ADRhedged™ ETF consists of a STMicroelectronics NV ADR and a currency swap to help mitigate the volatility between the local currency and U.S. dollar in an effort to more closely track the returns of the local shares of STMicroelectronics NV after all fees and expenses.
