The Invesco Galaxy Crypto Economy ETF (Fund) is based on the Alerian Galaxy Global Cryptocurrency-Focused Blockchain Equity, Trusts and ETPs Index (Index). The Fund will generally invest 80% of its total net assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index is comprised of stocks of digital asset companies, which are companies that are materially engaged in cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency mining, cryptocurrency buying, or enabling technologies and exchange-traded products (“ETPs”) and private investment trusts traded over-the-counter that are linked to cryptocurrencies.
