The Invesco PureBeta℠ MSCI USA ETF (the "fund") is based on the MSCI USA Index (the "index"). The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index measures the performance in the large- and mid-capitalization segments of the US equity market and weights securities by their free float-adjusted market capitalization.
