Official Investment Strategy

The ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock or an affiliate (“iShares ETFs”) that provide exposure to equity securities and/or bitcoin. The ETF will invest in iShares ETFs that are generally expected to employ indexing strategies that provide exposure to broad-based equity markets, and iShares ETFs that provide exposure to bitcoin. The ETF will be managed in accordance with a long-term strategic asset allocation strategy of approximately 97% equity exposure and approximately 3% bitcoin exposure.
