The First Trust S&P REIT Index Fund is an exchange-traded fund. This exchange-traded Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the S&P United States REIT Index. The S&P United States REIT Index measures the investable U.S. real estate investment trust market and maintains a constituency that reflects the market’s overall composition.
