 First Trust STOXX® European Select Dividend Index Fund is an exchange-traded fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of an equity index called the STOXX® Europe Select Dividend 30 Index. Companies in the STOXX® Europe 600 Index universe are sorted by country and ranked in descending order according to their indicated annual net dividend yield. In the case of multiple stocks for a single company, the highest-yielding stock is chosen.
