Official Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Horizon Dividend Income ETF is capital appreciation and current income. The Dividend Income Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to achieve its objective primarily by investing in dividend-paying equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization companies that either have paid a dividend in the prior 12 calendar months or are reasonably likely and that exhibit one or more of the following fundamental characteristics: high profitability and stable earnings, low price variability, low fundamental valuation measures, and positive price trends. Its Options Strategy seeks to enhance income and manage portfolio volatility by primarily selling call options on broad-based securities indices, such as the S&P 500.
