The Roundhill Acquirers Small and Micro Deep Value ETF (“DEEP ETF”) is designed to offer retail and institutional investors exposure to deeply valued stock, seeking to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Acquirers Deep Value Index (“DEEP Index”). The Acquirers Deep Value Index seeks to find undervalued stocks using the Acquirer’s Multiple, the same measure used by activists and buyout firms to identify targets.
