Official Investment Strategy

The Fund invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. listed companies across market capitalization levels. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities, which primarily include common stock, depositary receipts and ETFs that principally provide exposure to equity securities.
