The Fund seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Morningstar® Developed Markets ex-North America Dividend Enhanced Select IndexSM (Underlying Index). The Underlying Index starts from the Parent Index, which targets large- and mid-capitalization stocks representing the top 85% of the float-adjusted market capitalization of developed equity markets excluding North America.
