Official Investment Strategy

Passively managed ETF that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, tracking the Russell 2000 Laddered Autocall Index. The Index replicates a "laddered autocallable" strategy: a portfolio of up to 156 equivalent autocallable notes on weekly-staggered maturities, each referencing the Russell 2000 Futures 35% Volatility Compass 6% Decrement Index, with a 3-year maturity, a 35% maturity barrier, a 1-year non-call period and a 100% autocall level. The fund does not hold autocallable notes directly; it gains exposure through CFTC-regulated swap agreements on the Index, holding cash balances in Treasury bills, repurchase agreements and an affiliated money market ETF. Monthly distributions are intended to reflect the income measured by a companion Income Only Index and may consist of ordinary income, return of capital or both. The fund is non-diversified.
